Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Customs policies vary by country. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees levied by their local customs office upon arrival.
How can I check the expiration date of my products?
Most Korean and Japanese products list the manufacture date (ì œì¡°) or expiration date (까지). If you are unsure how to read the packaging, please contact our support team.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare or makeup items.
